First as a part of my career was with the team at REIBlackBook.com (a company that provides online tools for investors), then as an investor myself, next as a licensed agent at Invest 360 - St. Louis' fastest growing investor based agency. Now I'm an investor in cash flowing multi families in the ST. LOUIS region. Other groups I've worked with are RichDad Education, Flipping Formula, Real Market Masters, Government Loophole Magic, Keller-Williams Realty, and Global Investments Inc.
