Alex Vargas

Born in San Jose, Costa Rica. Fluent in Spanish. Raised and currently living in Nashville, TN for the past 20+ years. REALTOR in the greater Nashville area. Husband and a dad. Over the years, I've built some high quality relationships with professionals in the industry (lenders, PMs, contractors, attorneys, etc). With that I have an extensive background in construction and a vendor list with some of the top contractors in Nashville at my disposal, this always comes in handy with my clients as repairs and renovations are surely to come up in real estate and transactions. My passion and drive is helping people achieve their real estate goals and get closer to financial freedom through real estate investing because it is a personal goal of mine as well and I know how impacting it can be! I'm a realestateaholic. ❤️🏘
