Alex is a licensed Real Estate Agent with Coastal Group Inc and “House Hacking” specialist, but has worked with clients on everything from Luxury Sales, Flips, Rental properties, property management, and Airbnb to seller finance deals. He also personally invests in Real Estate with a focus on building a self-sufficient rental property portfolio. Alex and his wife Stephanie love working Real Estate deals together and see each unit as a long term opportunity to provide passive income for them and their 3 wonderful boys. Alex has a passion for guiding others towards there long term Real Estate vision and goals, and is proud to be able to provide that service as an agent and as a member of Hopportunity Invesments. Alex created the group Hopportunity Investments with the hopes of building a mastermind and networking group that could provide information and resources on Real Estate Investing in the Hampton Roads market. Besides being a fan of Craft local breweries, one of the things he personally loves most about the group is simply discovering new tools, ideas, and ways to profit in this Real Estate Market along with meeting new people with a similar passion.
