Over the years I’ve spent a lot of time analyzing investment properties, development projects, and small business acquisitions — usually in spreadsheets that slowly turned into massive models. That process eventually led me to start building DealForge, a platform designed to help investors analyze deals and pressure-test assumptions more quickly.
