Short: I am an investor who quit my W2 in California to pursue Real Estate full time in Chattanooga TN. and Costa Rica. Long: In 2017 my husband and I accepted we would never be able to create financial freedom for ourselves if we remained in San Francisco. We became members of the Bigger Pockets community and spent a year and a half preparing to leave California. We now live in Chattanooga Tenn. and own property in Chattanooga and Costa Rica.
