Hello out there! Just your friendly neighborhood newbie to investing. Checked out Than Merrill in November of 2018 and was blown away by the financial education tip of the iceberg conversation. So I've begun my journey. Taking Brandon Turner's advice to pic a niche in Real Estate Investing and take action. So far it has been wholesaling. Still in search of that first deal.
