Rookie investor learning the ropes for Buy and Hold Residential. Buy & hold WILL be my niche with a potential in flipping a few properties; very interested in small multi-units and SFR. I am pretty good with my hands so I have been doing my own household repairs/work for the past 8 years. I'll be doing my own property management for my first 5 doors, after that I'll be looking into hiring a property manager.
