Originally from New York and living in the Cobbs Creek section of Philadelphia, PA. Real estate has always kind of been on the periphery as far as my interests, but it's become more and more of a presence in my life, so I'm following the breadcrumbs. Looking to purchse a rental property in West/Southwest Philly. Also, looking to invest remotely in smaller towns like Scranton, PA and Cincinnati, OH. Experience: Little to no experience Real Estate Goals: I am just starting out in real estate education. I am working to move fairly quickly from educating myself to doing the work to acquire several income producing multi-family properties. The idea of commercial real estate is also attractive and that is another avenue that I may pursue once I have established a small portfolio of residential houses. Currently Seeking: Opportunities to purchase under-valued houses for light rehab and rental.
