Alice Devine

A lecturer at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, Alice Devine provides consulting and training for real estate companies committed to employee development, tenant retention, marketing and leasing results. With over 20 years of experience and as a director of leasing for office developer William Wilson & Associates (now part of EQ Office), Alice was responsible for leasing a multi-million square foot Class A office portfolio. There, she also created and taught a company-wide program focused on leasing, property management, and tenant retention. Her book, Suite Deal, the Smart Landlord's Guide to Leasing Real Estate, has received the 2019 Bruss/Robinson Award from the National Association of Real Estate Editors. ​ Ms. Devine holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of California, Berkeley and has earned the Certified Property Manager and Real Property Administrator designations from the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Building Owners and Managers Institute, respectively. She is a frequent guest lecturer for university real estate programs and industry panelist.
