I want to set my husband and I up for a reasonable "retirement", in which I may be working with real estate. I have worked hard to overcome my difficulties with real estate jargon, and am currently learning how to analyze deals. My real estate path has not yet been decided upon. I realize I am not "in-love with" or "made of" real estate. I'm focused more on the learning challenge. I want to understand real estate. I'm fascinated by difficult material, be it real estate or medical jargon. I take Medscape CME courses for *fun*, not as a licensed doctor or nurse.
