Alicia Gates

CPA by trade, dabbled in renting out my house from across the country (it went terribly!), then decided to leave the rat race in 2014 and subsequently designed and built my own Tiny House on Wheels (THOW) with my amazing husband Will! We researched and did all of the construction ourselves, and moved it successfully back across the country. Our goal is Financial Independence, and we believe that real estate investing, specifically in small multi-family properties, is going to be the best way to achieve our goals. I work from home as a bookkeeper currently (still an active CPA license), and I'm excited to learn more about the real estate investing world!
