I am a hands-on real estate investor and landlord based in Ohio. My husband Russ and I built our portfolio the hard way—executing our own physical renovations, installing drywall, and managing the operational reality of residential rentals. Managing that daily friction led us to found fixRAgent. As Co-Founder, I am currently scaling an enterprise visual triage engine that structures incoming resident maintenance requests into verified Triage Profiles before any action is taken. What I am looking to achieve: Connecting with multifamily operators, regional maintenance directors, and property management leaders who want to stop bleeding capital on blind maintenance dispatches and streamline their operational intake through our API.
