Between his experience and the collective experience of his team members at EJA and in the 'E' group, he can help you get the best results from your resources in all situations. Since 2002, Alim has been working with investors and owners from Silicon Valley, Israel, Canada, Australia and more. His main objective has been to bring value to everyone he works with for the best debt choices, the best outcomes on construction/development projects, and to bring great commercial investment property opportunities to savvy investors. Some career highlights: • Working hard to raise over $1BN in funding for investment and development projects large and small. • Working successfully with 100’s of investors and developers in residential and commercial real estate. Sales of apartment buildings, portfolios of residential properties. • Working as QA/QC Project Manager on the O&C Building renovation for NASA/Lockheed/Boeing. The O&C is a 600,000 square foot building that processed the Apollo Capsule Program, the trusses for the International Space Station, and is now working on the Orion Program. Experience: Since 2002, I have worked in the real estate world. I have been investor focused since the start.
