Alim Abrahim

Author. Business consultant. Creative. Dad. I'm an investor educator and strategist with Bankers Invest, a real estate brokerage in Oklahoma City. I've spoken at investment group meetings, and most of what I teach comes from the questions investors actually ask before they buy, and through the life of their portfolios. The brokerage, the builder, the property manager (Pink Gorilla) and the lender share the same owners, and through Bankers Invest I represent the whole process. Building, management and financing get planned as one, and we pass the savings on. Most of my day is spent talking with out-of-state investors about who they are, and what their goals and plans are, before we see if OKC fits their plan. A deal doesn't have to be imminent to pick my brain.
