Hello! I'm just beginning my real estate investment journey and am currently focusing on educating myself and getting my feet wet with wholesaling. I currently live in New Orleans where I own a small, full service interior design business called Lu Loveless | art & design. I was bitten by the real estate investment bug a few years ago after going through the process of buying, designing and rehabbing the home my family and I currently reside in. It was a HUGE learning experience taking a property from barely inhabitable to highly desirable (if I do say so myself), and I gained confidence in my ability to manage large-scale renovations on a tight timeline. I have intentions to move to Dallas next year to be closer to my extended family and hope to acquire multi-family properties in the long run, but I also plan to do some projects in New Orleans since I have experience in this market. I'm excited for this journey and look forward to learning from y'all!
