I'm from. Washington DC ,and have done some wholesaling and a few rehabs in D.C. and in Maryland. Ready to jump into rental properties full time. My background is in law enforcement . I was a police officer for almost 10 years and working in the prison system about 6 years. My passion is real estate. I joined DCREIA in 2012 ,and did my first wholesale, and first fix and flip in 2013. Since then I've done 3 more rehabs, and although I loved it. I'm ready to be a landlord. The goal is to own 10 or more rental properties in the next few years, and to bring in 10,000 ,or more a month in passive income.
