Hello! My name is Allan and I am semi-new to the real estate investing scene. I am active duty Military, currently working in medical administration, and have a background that includes Signal and Field Artillery. Real estate wise I have experience in rentals, property management, and residential real estate sales. I was a licensed real estate agent in Texas for a few years and I managed a rental property I owned for some time as well. I am interested in real estate investing primarily for passive income and financial independence reasons. Real estate has been something that has interested me since my time as an agent. My family (spouse and daughter) are my motivation to find success. I am continue to read, listen, and learn all I can about investing. I’m focusing on single family or small multi-family properties (4 units or less) to buy and hold. I’m mostly looking at either turn-key or possibly BRRR deals. I am open to various rental markets but am specifically looking at central Texas (Killeen, Harker Heights, and Copperas Cove - the Fort Hood area). I currently live in Harker Heights so if anyone reading this needs some boots on the ground just send me a message.
