I have 20+ years experience as a real estate investor, broker and consultant in the Southern California market specializing in value added transactions from investment and development opportunities, REO, foreclosures, to short sales. Experience: My group has been involved in over $1 billion in transactions both commercial and residential. The focus of my practice is value added properties and distressed assets. I've worked with numerous banks, financial institutions, and private equity groups buying and selling REO's, non-performing notes, short sales, dilapidated real estate, development sites, and rehabs all over Southern California.
