My goal is to househack my first deal through the purchase of a multi-family residence. I want to obtain this with the least amount of money out of my own pocket as possible through creative financing, private lenders or hard money. I would owner occupy for a year and learn the ins and outs of landlording and property management. After 1 year, I plan on refinancing out and repeating the process all over again.
