Rental Property Investor
I am a biotech executive by day and a real estate investor by night. I have completed 1 flip, have 1 small multifamily rental and am looking for more. My current focus for investments are small multi-families in Massachusetts built prior to 1900 that have charm and character that I can enhance to increase the value of the property and maintain the historic integrity of the area where I live.
