Hello BP, I am currently 29 years old an I'm from the San Antonio TX area. I first got interested in real estate after reading books and started to educate myself. My goal is to financially free by age 40, Im interested in rental properties using the BRRRR strategy for Multifamily homes and SFH. My current profession is welder/fabricator so I'm really good with my hands, an pretty confident that i could fix up a house if needed. Very excited to start investing towards my financial freedom with my wife who is my partner.
