About myself
From Quad Cities (Iowa) and looking to purchase single family rental property in Bettendorf. Parents live in east Davenport and are helping me. New investor, beginning to educate myself and network. I have a full-time, salaried position and am a new mom, therefore I'm working on real estate investing on the side. Husband and I plan to move back to Chicago area in 2.5 years.
