Almavesta Group is headed by Managing Director, Alex Musulin. Alex graduated from the University of Toronto with a B.A.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering. Alex has managed portfolios exceeding $60 million/yr over a period of more than 12 years. He began multi-family investing in 2002. The focus of Almavesta Group Inc. is in the purchase of bulk REO's, NPN's, and multi-family properties with varied exit criteria throughout the United States.
