Howdy y'all. I'm a semi-beginner, real estate investor in Houston, Texas. I want to learn and share real estate investing with others in my area and possibly other areas of the country where I would like to invest/travel. Experience: I've purchased 3 properties with income from my service business (which I have sold) as another source of passive income. I really got tired of the daily grind of tending to my service business after 19 years of rising costs and unreliable employees. Real Estate Goals: To replace the income I used to receive from my service business and increase net worth. Currently Seeking: I would like to learn and share my real estate experience with others since all of us have the common goal of being financially independent with real estate investing.
