I’m an investor based in New York who is focused on acquiring multifamily properties using creative strategies such as seller financing, DSCR loans, and joint-venture structures. My long-term goal is to build a portfolio of larger multifamily assets (70+ units) that generate long-term cash flow and legacy wealth for my family. My background is in construction, utilities, and major infrastructure projects — which gives me a strong understanding of project management, quality control, and boots-on-the-ground operations. I’m comfortable analyzing renovation needs, managing contractors, and assessing the physical condition of properties.
