Sterling Mahelona Ramos

Aloha, My Name is Sterling Mahelona Ramos. I’m form Hawaii. I currently reside in Tucson, AZ. I speak fluent Spanish. I am a Field Service Technician servicing Commercial Foodservice Equipment. I am a certified HVACR technician. I love what I do and know there is more to life than making someone else money. Around the beginning of the year I came across an influential book, Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. My life changed after reading that book (the audiobook). My mind literally exploded. I felt like I had been robbed. Why was I not taught anything about financial education? But at least I can still build a future which the gained education. I was watching videos on YouTube and came across some BiggerPockets videos and was amazed and decided to visit the site. I signed up for some news letters. One day I got an invitation to a webinar on investing in multi family housing. After I thought about the benefits of BiggerPocketsPro and it out weighed the cost. So I did the upgrade and I’ve excellerated my analysis in many properties using the PALS Funnel. I so excited for the future. My way of thinking has changed. I have a plan for my future. I look forward to achieving great things.
