David Hodges

Hello, my name is David Hodges. My skills include Negotiating, Wholesaling, Rehabbing and Repairing, Cash Flow Properties and Marketing. My marketing budget is much smaller than most investors because I've developed superior negotiating skills; allowing me to make the most of each lead. I am active in local groups and enjoy speaking publicly about the importance of ethics while negotiating. In Summer of 2005, I moved to New Orleans as part of the disaster relief effort, where I honed my negotiation skills settling insurance claim disagreements between contractors, homeowners and insurance companies. I attended College of Charleston on academic scholarship, receiving a B.A. degree in Urban Planning. I was elected and served as president of the student body.
