I am currently a Station Manager with WMATA Metro in the DMV area. Im not happy working 50 hrs a week to make ends meat. I've been reading Robert Kiyosaki's "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and "How To Increase Your Financial IQ" books. Thats what led me to 2 seminars in which one I paid $500 for. I learned quite a bit but not the essentials to getting started. In order for me to have learned that I would have to pay between $10K-$127K.All of which is money I don't have. Im 34 and I havent been able to save up that much money to spend at any given time.So i'm here seeking wisdom and know how. I plan to be wealthy within the next 5 years. I just need a vehicle to drive me there.
