I'm a buy and hold cash flow investor who tends to focus on undermarket/distressed (single and multi-family) properties in the NJ tri-state area. I currently own/manage 12 units. I've expanded my search to South Florida, where I plan to spend a significant amount of time. I'm also a conventional commercial banker who works with companies with +$50MM in revenue. With regard to financing real estate deals, I primarily work with NYC-based sponsors and can finance properties throughout the US. I offer CRE loans of $10MM+. I'm also passionate about financial literacy, yoga, and enjoying the outdoors.
