I'm a stay at home mother to two small boys, and I use my open schedule to manage the one single family home and one triplex that my husband Tim and I have purchased and rented out over the last three years. Experience: I'm learning as I go, which is terrifying and also super exciting! We have four units - a single family house (2 bedroom, one bath), and a triplex composed of a studio, a two bed and one bath unit, and a one bed and one bath unit. Real Estate Goals: The ultimate goal is to acquire enough properties to let Tim quit his job and join me me in managing our properties and being our own bosses. We need quite a few more properties to do this, so I'm always looking. And always looking for advice on how to acquire more properties without stretching ourselves too thin.
