Hello! I am an aspiring real estate investor based out of Denver, Colorado. I own (3) doors in Colorado - one long-term rental in Denver, one STR property in a ski town, and then my primary residence. I also have 5 doors in Louisville, KY. One is a small multi-family 4plex in the suburbs, and one is a SFH BRRRR that I recently completed in downtown Louisville. I am now looking for fix and flip opportunities in my local Denver market. I am looking to network with other investors and REI professionals, and am interested in partnering with other investors. I am also always keeping my eye out for the next long-distance market with investment opportunities. I enjoy traveling, snowboarding, whitewater rafting, biking, camping and generally being active outdoors. I am a personal finance and investing nerd, and like to spend as much time with my husband, dog, friends and family as I possibly can. I hope to achieve financial freedom via buy-and-hold real estate investing.
