Amadeus Hladun

Hi, my name is Amadeus Hladun and I am lucky enough to be married to my beautiful wife Brooke and we are both 22 years old. When I first brought up that I know real estate was my passion and that this is what I wanted to do with my life, my wife was MORE than hesitant, (because I went back and forth between what I wanted to do for a career for a long time) and she wasn't so sure it was a good idea because she knew nothing about it but because she is so amazing and understanding, she trusted me anyways and supported me in it and now I am proud to say we have our FIRST rental property under our belt and it will definitely not be our last! Ever since I realized that real estate is what I wanted to do, I have been buying and reading books on real estate investing trying to fill myself with knowledge where it is lacking and now all we have to do is save for property #2! I am currently just working at a dealership and saving up until I have the money I need to take my real estate course, so my plan is in the next six months I will have saved up the money I need and then change jobs that doesn't have such demanding hours so I can spend more time with my wife and at the same time have the free time to do my real estate course which is truly what I want to do in life.
