After purchasing my own home, I realized how much I love digging into real estate trends and how it can be used to grow wealth. I got licensed in 2018 and throughout my career I have helped may investors purchase flips, foreclosures, short sales, multi-families, Airbnb's, mid-term rentals, etc. I found that I absolutely LOVE working with and learning from investors, so much so that I started my real estate investor group that gets together every month since 2022. I have never had trouble finding a great deal in Billings, it is the largest "city" in Montana, but does not see the dramatic price fluctuations that the college towns do; it is a working class town that has historically steady growth and is the central hub industry being the largest town within almost a 500 mile radius.
