About myself
Beginner Investor/veteran teacher. Looking to build a portfolio of SFR+MFR rental units to ultimately lead to a career of full-time investing. Currently, I have one rental and one ‘live-in brrrr’ and plan to continue to acquire properties each year with this method over the next 7-8 years.
