Amanda Riggs

I work in geospatial analysis, property research, and environmental screening and am the founder of GeoSite Intel (GSI). My work focuses on helping property buyers, investors, real estate professionals, builders, and developers better understand land before making major decisions. I’m particularly interested in property due diligence, flood and wetland concerns, terrain and drainage, access, surrounding land use, historical imagery, and development constraints. I joined BiggerPockets to learn more from the real estate investing community and contribute where I can on land and property research.
