My name is Amanda and I live in South Jersey with my husband and two children. I own a portfolio of rental properties including multi-family. My husband's law firm focuses on foreclosure prevention options (deed in lieus/short sales/etc). I am experienced in negotiating foreclosure prevention options and all aspects of title insurance. I am looking to build our portfolio with larger multi family homes. I will purchase single family homes, but only at a discount. I love taking the properties no one wants and turning them into beautiful homes. I have purchased properties with every imaginable issue (oil tanks, oil spills, fleas, foundation issues, etc).
