About myself

Current teacher and new real estate investor, wife and mother of three! I own one multi family which I live in and rent out, and I’m ready to scale and acquire more properties. My investment strategy is to use the famous BRRRR method, and I’m looking for distressed tri- and quadplexes that need a little love! I am potentially interested in a flip here and there to help gain more capital to then put right back into more rental units. My short and long term goals are listed below: SHORT TERM GOALS: 1. Buy a three or four family property and rehab to rent out by late spring/beginning of summer (buy another in fall and repeat process to meet long term goal of buying two properties each year) 2. Read real estate related literature to become more educated, specifically in estimating rehab costs. My next planned read is “The Book On Estimating Rehab Costs” 3. Attend networking events and meet other local and experienced investors, agents, lenders, etc. who are willing to chat and share insights, and potentially work together! LONG TERM GOALS: 1. Acquire 10 cash flowing properties in the next five years (two each year) 2. Replace a significant portion of my income with passive rental property income to be able to scale back to part time work (and eventual early retirement) 3. Create a portfolio to be able to pass down to my three sons to provide them with a secure and worry free financial future 4. Generate jobs for others within my business and be a kind, compassionate, but motivating leader! 5. Improve my local neighborhood that I love and provide quality affordable housing for families and young professionals/students
