Military wife and green thumb with three cute kids. Accumulating all the knowledge I can to prepare for our rental investments. I am the type that learns best by watching, so I want to hear stories, maybe tag along with someone analyzing and closing a deal. It looks like multi-families are the best rentals for a long-term business strategy. I could be open to some single-families. House hacking will probably be the majority of our investments.
