Hello! New to real estate investing! First property is in the works with a 50/50 partnership. I’m located in the Shenandoah Valley of VA which has amazing opportunities for short term rental investments. This is our main goal initially but looking to widen that portfolio ASAP. Always looking for a mentor or partner to currently help with the unforeseen future. Personally in a big self-growth state where I’m trying to learn as much as I can without getting into analysis paralysis!
