Hi, I'm Amanda. I'm originally from Cincinnati, OH and have been living in Denver for 6 years. I've purchased my first rental property in 2020 in Denver and am interested in acquiring more rental properties in the Denver metro area and Colorado Springs. I'm still a W-2er at a large healthcare company while I'm on this path to early retirement through buy and hold rentals.
