Amber Dilbeck

Since I was a kid I have been interested in real estate. I took a couple of courses on real estate (law, etc) in college and in my current position I've needed to keep up with the statistics of the industry because the construction industry is so closely tied to it. I'm ready to get started and learn more on this industry from an investors view point. My motivation for doing so are, I'm sure, like many others...freedom, time with family, challenging opportunities, etc. I'm looking to learn every aspect of the industry starting with Wholesaling. I plan on using the wholesaling avenue to learn the business and get myself in a better financial position to start flipping and purchasing rental properties. I'm currently looking for mentors and abilities to network with those who have been successful.
