Ameer Alexander

I graduated from Florida A&M University in 2009 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and marketing. Prior to graduating, I began a career in 2009 as a real estate investor though I had been studying real estate since 2005. I accepted a brief 7-month internship with a local real estate investor shortly before I graduated. This slowly transitioned into me founding Majestic RE Investments, LLC. I officially incorporated in May 2010, but I had been doing business several months prior to the incorporation. In the inception, I primarily negotiated short sales for investors to help defaulted homeowners, developers, and other investors. While negotiating short sales, I also gained experience wholesaling, later transitioning into residential redevelopment and owning rental property. Today, Majestic RE Investments, LLC redevelops residential and commercial properties. To date, our commercial properties have been in the multifamily sector. Additionally, we currently own several rental properties, with a growing portfolio. The principal Ameer Alexander the currently resides in Tallahassee, Florida where Majestic headquarters are located. He’s newly married to his best friend, wife, and partner Rachel Alexander and their recent addition Ameer Alexander II.
