Hello I am looking to build a respectable and reputable business as well as create wealth. Experience: Hello BP Community, My first deal was a 2200 sq ft SFR purchased in 2011 off of the MLS. After nearly four years of "house hacking", I was able to sell that property in 2015 for roughly 56% profit! I am currently one year into my second purchase, a 2600 sq ft SFR found on the MLS. At this moment, I am actively marketing for deals to potentially wholesale. Real Estate Goals: My immediate goal is to create enough capital to position myself to be able to take on rehab projects. I then will transition into developing a rental portfolio to create a passive income stream to support my family as I age.
