Self taught investor. I owned 11 properties, 17 units as a landlord. Lost them in 07-08 and came back better understanding why. Since then I’ve done wholesale, fix and flip, hard money, conventional, no money down deals and I still own 2 I bought no money down. I break down deals in the forums.
