My company (me and a partner) offered turn-key rental properties for investors. We successfully completed 50+ flips. I have also owned and managed my own rental portfolio. I have plenty of experience as a landlord, flipper, wholesaler, builder and property manager. Fast forward; I owned and managed a 14-unit apartment complex in South Texas for 3 years and sold after completing a full BRRRR cycle. I am now focused on retirement with passive income from my real estate portfolio.
