About myself
I started on BP in 2016, and investing took me a while. I finally bought my first investment property in July 2017 while buying my primary home. After buying my first rental property, I opened a healthcare business and took three years away from investing in real estate. I got back in the saddle and bought a duplex. Then I bought a couple more SFHs and actively looking to expand my portfolio. I'm currently only investing in Cuyahoga County, OH.
