Brand new to Real Estate! I was originally interested in starting as a buy and hold investor through obtaining single family houses at auction, but was suggested I start out as a wholesaler. So now I am looking to gain knowledge through a mentorship in wholesaling Real Estate and later start buying to hold for cashflow purposes. Right now I'm currently seeking a 203K loan for a fixer upper single family house that my fiancé and I can live in to build equity quickly while he still has access to high paying jobs, and when we finally move out for it to become a rental or possibly sell if the market appears to peak before the next crash. However, I look forward to utilizing the equity and my acquired knowledge in our first house to begin to snowball my REI business. In the mean time, I have found that there is no free tool for REIs to structure their REI business(es) prior to seeking a CPA and/or RE Business Lawyer versed in REI tax law. Thus, I am teaming up with people to create an app that will solve this problem I and others have. This will not replace any lawyer or CPA but it will be an educational and time saving tool for REIs to utilize prior to seeking out a qualified CPA and/or REI tax law lawyer. I'm currently seeking any CPA and/or tax lawyer who would be interested in creating this app with me.
