I'm a part time real estate investor. Looking to build a portfolio of cash flowing rental properties. I started taking interest in and learning about real estate in early 2017. After getting some knowledge, I took action and have bought 4 properties with total of 10 units. I live in one of my multi family properties as part of my house hacking strategy. All other units are rented with a professional property management in place. I work a full time job that offers me good income as well as the flexibility to pursue my passion for real estate. I'm looking to acquire more properties for buy and hold rental. At this time, I'm looking at both my home market in Atlanta, GA as well as other markets in USA offering good value and cash flow.
