Full time physician. RE investor with prior SFR rental experience and now MFR experience with ownership in just under 700 doors. Prior KP (key principal) experience in MFR as well. Looking for large scale MFR deals for individual ownership and or partnership as well as syndication. Also partner in Modular build construction project in Crested Butte, CO.
