My wife and I are the proud owners of Chemung Valley Properties LLC. We have 8 doors and growing! In the course of procuring our first doors I fell in love with the property inspection process. So much so that I secured my home inspection license and launched Chemung Valley Home Inspection LLC. With a career in engineering, a 2011 Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering degree from Alfred University, and 25 years of experience in property maintenance, I love being able to put all my skills to use in evaluating a home and getting it to tell me all its secrets.
